THE recette de pancakes, ça y'est je l'ai trouvé!!
Il s'agit bien évidemment de la recette de Pascale, déjà testé par certaines bloggeuses (Aude, Marie et sûrement d'autres) Après avoir cherché pendant longtemps et essayé pas mal de recette différente ici et ici, ma quête s'est définitivement arrêté après avoir testé la recette de Pascale!!!
Les pancakes sont moelleux, tout gonflés, bien régulier et pas gras du tout, en résumé ils sont super méga top ;)
Voila ce qu'il vous faut :
Ingrédients :
4 œufs
30cl de lait
300g de farine
2cc de levure chimique
4cs de sucre
2 pincées de sel
Préparation :
Séparez les blancs des jaunes et battez les blancs
en neige ferme.
Mélangez les jaunes avec le lait, ajoutez la farine, la levure, le sucre et le
sel et mélangez bien jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte sans grumeau.
Au moment de servir, chauffez et graissez une
poêle avec un peu de beurre ou d'huile sur un papier essuie tout.
Déposez une petite louche de pâte dans la poêle. Dès qu'une multitude de
petites bulles apparaissent à la surface vous pouvez retourner la crêpe.
Laissez-la cuire encore 30 à 40 secondes.

En conclusion, je vous vivement de les tester si ce n'est pas déjà fait, ma mère et moi avons le même avis, c'est les meilleurs pancakes que nous avons mangé!!!!
